The next meeting of the Elk Grove City Council is on June 24 at 6:00 p.m. It will be a virtual meeting, of course.
Here’s what the last agenda said about sending in public comments.
Members of the public who wish to provide public comment, either for matters not on the agenda or on a particular matter, are encouraged to submit those comments in writing prior to the meeting by emailing the City Clerk at jlindgren@elkgrovecity.org. Such written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. the day of the City Council meeting to ensure that the written comments are provided to the City Council. Such written comments received by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the City Council meeting will be provided to the full Council and staff, and posted on the City website.
Here’s what the last agenda said about calling in.
If you wish to provide oral comments during the meeting, you may provide your phone number to the Clerk (via email) at jlindgren@elkgrovecity.org with a request to speak during General Public Comment or on a particular agendized matter. At the time the item is called, the Clerk will call the
number provided and place the call on speaker so comments may be heard by anyone participating in the meeting.
When writing or calling in ask the Council to listen to what the Modena Way residents, who live across the street from Monterey Trail High School where AT&T wants to install a cell antenna, have said. Grant their requests as expressed in their petition and letter of May 18. Deny the application.
Thank you. Mark Graham
